There has become a growing sense among senior management of the importance of the role that human resources management can play in working to achieve the strategic goals of organizations with the highest degree of effectiveness and achievement. They are now required to play an effective role in designing the organization’s strategy and the functional strategy for human resources in a way that contributes to achieving the organization’s goals.
